ipTEST are delighted to announce the release of our new 1000A dynamic switching test generator called DS5. It performs single and double pulse inductive load switching, diode recovery and short circuit tests on discrete IGBT and MOSFET semiconductor devices.
The DS5 is the latest addition to the M2 family of testers that are designed to achieve higher testing speeds. The M2 allows the test head to get as close as possible to the device handler for reduced parasitics
