ipTEST is committed to providing products and services which fully meet the customers’ specified and agreed contractual requirements. 

ipTEST recognises in order to provide and maintain a consistently high quality in the work it undertakes, an effective Quality Management System is necessary so as to ensure that proper communication, work control and accountable documented information is generated and maintained for all work undertaken.  We are totally committed to setting and achieving quality standards that are capable of meeting the specified requirements and reasonable expectations of our customers.

It is the policy of ipTEST to control and conduct its business by means of a formalised system of quality management.  This shall be in accordance with the requirements of ISO9001:2015.

The Quality Manual defines ipTEST’s Quality Management System which has been established and adopted as the means of achieving the declared objectives. 

All members of staff are charged with promoting these aims and are required to familiarise themselves with the contents of the Quality Manual and to observe and implement the systems and procedures defined in the performance of their work.  Employees of ipTEST shall be supported according to their individual needs for personal development.
